The lease is for the entire property (as a whole unit) and not separate parts.
The accommodation consists of 4 bedrooms, served by 3 bathrooms and a very small room with its bathroom which can accommodate one person. On the ground floor are the hall, the living room with fireplace, kitchen with dining area, a very small service room with its bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a small shower.

- A large room, with a king size bed and its bathroom.
- Two bedrooms (one of which has a fireplace), which communicate through an intermediate door and which share a full bathroom.
- Availability of a cot to accommodate a child up to 4 years old, upon request.
Outside there is a marble dining area, which is covered in case of rain.
